Another busy day of sightseeing. Our first stop was to a small village where a family owned olive oil processor is still doing business the arsenal way. First off a couple of shots of the local church where we parked before walking up a narrow little street to the business location.
A few shots inside the processing area. For complete details of how the process works to go:

The place is now worked by two sisters. The "snack" they provided each of us.
Sister two holding the finished product.
While Mike and the two sisters, with our guide as interpreter, talked business I was given permission to take photos inside and out. Below - two of the photos of a series showing the olive oil process. Notice the cooker at the bottom where they made my "mountain tea".
Family photos. The business has been in the family for a long long time. The third picture is of the girl's father, the one above his grandparents, the top one, the grandparents of the second photo people,
Another photo of the church.
Shots of the Mediterranean.
Just like in New Mexico and other states, people put up roadside shrines for loved ones who have died there.
Then on to Daros Caves. The first seat of our boat held a young couple - He was very tall. Sometimes he had to bend over so far his head was almost in my lap. I sat in the second seat. Mike behind me. It was s little scary trying to keep the boat balanced. We all wore life jackets. I definitely did not want to experience a fall into the water. I was carrying my camera with my best lens.
Photos from just outside the exit of the cave.
Next stop was in Areopoli where we had lunch. The town was named after the Greek god of war, Ares. A lot of wars happened around the town.
A not very good shot of a tabletop map of Areopoli.
Photo's of the resident church.
One of the many restaurant seating areas.
More photos along the shore. We finally have blue skies with puffy white clouds.
!
