In this apartment the sun sets behind us - away from the sea and behind the mountains. These were taken over a period of about eight minutes.
And now on to shopping. Monday we drove to Sant Joan to the largest Carrefour grocery store around the area. This is just the lunch meat section.
There are a lot or round-abouts in Spain. I walked up to this one. I did not realize how steep the hill was by looking at it - but my legs sure let me know!
This morning - Oct 2 we drove a much shorter distance to go to the Wednesday market. The road to the left is end to end clothing, purse, shoes and things like that. If you head down the hill from that baby stroller you end up in what must have been an underground parking lot. Filled with stall after stall of fruits and vegetables. We bought so much - Michael will be cooking and we will definitely get enough vegetable matter for the next week.
Wow, that market is huge!
