Little River Canyon National Preserve, AL

We are heading towards Tennessee today.  We drove in three states today, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.  Our one stop was at the Little River Canyon National Preserve in the very north of Alabama.  We visited the Visitor's Center and watched a film that called it the Grand Canyon of the East - so we were pretty excited.  The pictures are accurate - you have to have a big imagination to compare this place with the Grand Canyon.  It was pretty.  The weather was overcast, not the best day for photos.
