We thought it was time for the night shoot. But it is still too light. There are so many areas that are being reconstructed - and lots of graffiti.
Here we could put our cameras through the fence to get a shot of the archeological area.
These green fences were everywhere. Paintings on the walls were interesting.
The name of the archeological site.
Now heading back into old town.
Statue with no head.
I couldn't decide if these ladies were just resting or were purposefully meeting here. There were children playing in this square as well. We found a bar and sat down to have a drink to wait until it was dark. Then headed off towards our hotel.
Store window.
I took various photos of this guy. Earlier in the day we had seen employees trying to hand out samples of things he was making. Here there is a person on the right.
Now it is just him.
Then we are back at the main square. The light is great.
But can you see the statue of the young boy?
Walking back to our hotel.
In Burgers we Trust!
A green grocer.
Michael was still hungry so we stopped at this Japanese Ramen shop close to our hotel.
And then the evening is done. People are still out eating. But we head for our hotel and a good nights sleep.
