Yesterday we drove back to Busselton - the infamous town of car dealers and fixing of mirrors - but this time to see the Busselton Jetty.
Nobody really at this restaurant - but we liked the signage.
Loved this tree - with the blossoms all clustered together.
The Jetty in the distance.
Umbrellas
Snorkeling.
Snorkelers - much further out - the water is still pretty shallow.
We did not pay extra for the ride to and back from the end of the Jetty. There is also a small aquarium at the end of the Jetty. Tim, Lisa and Nickolas went to it - but Michael and I took our time getting there as we took many photos. We wished we could take the train back - but it was full.
A memorial section of the jetty. No squid fishing was allowed here!
Thankfully there were a few benches along the way to stop and rest.
At the very end of the jetty.
Resting before the long trek back.
Almost back on shore. Once there we stopped for lunch at "the Goose". I had my first fish and chips here. It was very good. So many places get it wrong by using a very thick coating and not getting the fish crisp enough. I enjoyed this one.
