3-21 Grace Town Beach

This was our first full day in Australia.  We went to the Farmer's market in the morning.  In the afternoon Tim and Michael went to a wine tasting.  The rest of us staying at the house decided to go on a walk heading for the beach.

This is the one and only store in Grace Town.  It has an eclectic supply of things - a small sample of all things available in Margaret River.

A small park across the road from the General store.  Lisa and Tim and Nicholas went for a walk late last night and thought they saw a snake here - it was a stick!  They quickly decided it was too dark and came back.

In the park we saw these birds with a pink/red chest.

Then headed on the path that led to the beach.

The path to the beach.  With N and his signature pose.

It was a warm, but overcast day - with a tiny amount of sun coming out.

Lots of rocks in the water.

I love the wave patterns in the sand.

Photo back to the walking bridge on the paved walking path.  We walked on the beach on the way out for most all of the time.

They found tiny crabs.

Nicholas had a great time walking on the rocks.
