Driving to Rome and olive trees
In our time here in the Umbria and Puglia sections of Italy we have seen a lot of olive trees. It always seemed to happen along busy roads so you could not stop. Olive trees are so important to the economy of this area. And they are really beautiful. They remind me of old souls. So on our long drive from Alberbello to Rome we did find a spot to pull off and take photos of some olive trees. I am sure that those Italians passing by thought we were a little nuts.
