5-28 Train trip to Malmo

I have already posted about the incident on the train going from Gothenburg to Malmo.  But I do have some photos from the train and also our time in Malmo - so that is this post.

I took phone phots from the train.  Trying to catch glimpses of what the Swedish country side looks like.

It was crazy in Malmo - as I was injured and could not do much.  The girls - daughter Alexis and granddaughters  Lia and Natisha went out for Fika.  There was much discussion about what sweet we wanted - I had to have the very well know princess cake.  You can barely see it at the bottom of the photo - it has a green fondue covering it which is way to sweet for me.  But the layers of the cake itself are quite good.  Alexis chose a sandwich and a cookie, Lia a croissant with filling and Natasha a piece of cake that she loved.

May 31 we went to Atmosfar restaurant to celebrate the prebirth of Alexis.  Her birthday is actually June 3.  The meal was super expensive, but mellow and very good.

My food choices are above.  5 out of 6 of us ordered fries - and we ate them all!  I ordered halibut and asparagus as well as the fries.  All were very good.

All seemed pleased with there choices.  The Birthday Girl being Happy.

So later on I took photos of my left foot.  It looks really awful.  So not only have I broke the middle 3 metatarsals - but there is much damage to the ligaments and other parts of my foot.

Lets just agree that nothing about this foot is pretty.
