Our trip has been over for a while - but it has taken me some time to finish up these posts. Pass-A-Grille is a quaint little place and very picturesque. I am not fond of the early morning "blue light" for taking photos. But it was so hot that that was the best time to be out.

June - Last Photo Post in Pass-A-Grille
Looks very islandy!
The balcony of our motel rental. I noticed a lot of these red lights on houses and buildings. Maybe its a bug deterrent!
Someone's art display from the day before.
Trying to protect the nests of sea turtles.
Seaweed Mike!
A shell tree!
Can you find the pelicans?

A Week in Pass-A-Grille, Florida!
The last part of our trip was spent on an island outside of Tampa Bay or more particularly - St Pete's Beach. Daughter number 2 and family are spending a couple of weeks there on their home leave from Shanghai, China. This is the second time they have rented this house in Pass-A-Grille so it is familiar to them and to us as well, as we visited them here last time.
The house comes with a swimming pool and views overlooking the water of a small inlet. Daughters 1 and 3 came for the first couple of days so we had a small family reunion. A lot of time was spent in the pool!
The house also comes with a dock and a raft. There are great views across the water.
Stephanie and Nicholas "fishing" off the raft.
Lots of talking and catching up was held in the pool - as well as actual Rotary Business!
Golden light time!
To the amusement of others, Michael attempted to get on the float.
Nicholas playing with his new boat. He has sooo much energy! I challenged him to do 20 summersaults in the pool - he ended up doing 100!
I spent a lot of quality time playing cards with the grandsons (and Alexis). Alexis complained that Alex and I were too cutthroat! Alex does play to win!! My granddaughter Jocelyn took me to brunch and even paid! We sampled the local cuisine and overall had a great time together.
